Over the past 10 years Australian Argyle Pink diamonds have increased in value, and are expected to continue to do so.
The Argyle Mine has been producing 90% of the world supply of pink diamonds and following its closure in November of 2020, there has been a decrease in supply and an increase in demand. It is anticipated that over the next 10 years and beyond, Argyle Pink diamonds will likely continue to increase in value.

Achieving the best cut maximizes the overall brilliance and beauty of the diamond. It also determines the visual size depending on the spread of surface area.
Carat denotes the weight of a Diamond, not the size. The weight alone of a Diamond does not determine its price and value. Other parameters of the grading system are contributing factors.
The colour of a white diamond is graded using an internationally recognized scale. Our comprehensive reports provide an accurate grading. We identify the additional elements that contribute to the aesthetic of a diamond’s colour, including fluorescence that can create a cloudy-like appearance.
Clarity refers to the degree of the Diamonds’ naturally occurring birth marks (natural carbon), the type and where they are positioned, in and on, the surface area of the diamond. This in turn can affect its brilliance and sparkle, as they may interfere with the path of light passing through the diamond. At Pavéction, we can identify the performance and structural integrity of the diamond using a microscope to give you peace of mind.
Our experienced experts have been sourcing diamonds collectively for decades and have built strong industry relationships, ensuring that our diamonds are conflict free. When available, we can provide our clients with the worlds most advanced digital report that features AI-based information, to reflect your diamonds journey from mine to Atelier. We welcome clients to tour our workshop and to view our diamonds through our high powered (45X magnified) microscope, which is more truthful than viewing a diamond through a loupe (10X/20X magnified).
Our loose certified diamonds are assessed and graded by the Gemmological Institute of America (GIA), one of the industries most trusted and respected diamond grading laboratories and home to world experts in diamond grading. Upon purchasing a GIA certified diamond, you will be issued with a GIA grading report which documents your diamonds unique properties as well as the diamonds colour, cut, carat, and clarity grading (the 4 C’s). Your diamond grading report will allow you to rest assured in the knowledge that the quality of your diamond has been expertly and scientifically verified.
